Mai-Lan Johnston

Mai-Lan is a lover of all things public health and is currently a policy analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada focused on strategic infectious disease/vaccine policy and engagement. She is also a Research Assistant discovering the ins-and-outs of human rights and global health law, who is passionate about contributing to a more empathy-driven and equitable world for all furry, non-furry, and leafy friends.
She feels very lucky to be part of a community that puts patients and their families first, practices empathy-driven care, and has many people with awesome baking skills!
